Pederson and wife, Nell Pederson, to Blankinship Oil Company by deed dated <br />the 30th day of December, 1968, recorded in Vol. 508, Page 69 -71 of Deed Records <br />of Lamar County, Texas; <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being the northeast corner of said <br />Blankinship tract, said point being an inside ell corner of an original 2.039 <br />acre tract of land owned by World Christian Center, said point being S 880 09' E <br />a distance of 4.5 feet from proposed centerline survey station 58 +96.4 of pro- <br />posed Collegiate Drive, said point also being S 88° 09' E a distance of 195.0 <br />feet from the existing northwest corner of said Blankinship lot; <br />THENCE S 00° 07' W along the Blankinship -World Christian Center common <br />boundary line a distance of 104.8 feet, a point, said point being the existing <br />southeast corner of said Blankinship tract, said point being an outside ell <br />corner of said World Christian Center tract, said point being in the existing <br />north right -of -way line of existing Lamar Avenue; <br />THENCE.N 870 43' W along the Blankinship -Lamar Avenue common boundary line <br />a distance of 62.8 feet, at 27.2 feet passing through proposed centerline survey <br />station 60 +02.70 of proposed Collegiate Drive, a point; <br />THENCE N 120 27' E a distance of 106.0 feet, a point, said point being in <br />the north boundary line of said Blankinship tract, said point being in a south <br />boundary line of said World Christian Center tract; <br />THENCE S 880 09' E along the Blankinship -World Christian Center common <br />boundary line a distance of 40.1 feet, at 35.6 feet passing through proposed <br />centerline survey station 58 +96.4 of proposed Collegiate Drive, to the place of <br />beginning and containing 0.124 acres, more or less. <br />Resolution No. 86 -025 appointing Cynthia Rhodes as a member of the <br />Project Self - Sufficiency Task Force of the City of Paris to serve the <br />unexpired term of Mike Folmar was presented.
