Following expansion of Pat 14ayes Raw Getter. <br />Transmission facilities to a minimum cng:.incering design <br />capacity of 20,000,000 gallons.per day and continuing until <br />the 30th. day of March, 2010, the City will. guarantee to <br />LCWSD 1,340 million gallons per year (3,780,000 gallons per <br />annual average day) of potable wat--cr of which not to exceed <br />1,400,000 gallons per" day may be taken through the City's <br />distribution system. The City may require that all amounts <br />of water be taken at a uniform rate that does not exceed 21% <br />of the raw water safely .available at the Water Treatment' <br />Plant or 3,500 gallons per minute, whichever is greater. The <br />City may limit the total amount to 5,000,000 gallons per <br />day. <br />Both parties agree that it is prudent to delay <br />completion of the aforement -ioned Pat Mayse Raw Water Trans- <br />, <br />mission Facilities until it appears that water demand will <br />exceed the reliable amount available. If at any time, LCWSD <br />i <br />does not agree with the City's schedule for completing the <br />expansion of Pat Mayse Raw Water Transmission Facilities to <br />the minimum amount specified above, it may notify the City <br />of such disagreement and provide the City a list of three <br />(3) Texas Engineering 'Consulting firms with experience in <br />6 <br />
