LCWSD will have the right to treat such <br />water itself if the City does not agree to do so <br />at an annual cost as set out in paragraph I above, <br />3. For raw, water taken which is delivered <br />to the City for treatment or which is not treated <br />by the City, LCWSD will pay the City its Pat Nlayse <br />storage costs including applicable debt service <br />therefor plus 6.5%. <br />4. Raw water may be purchased by LCWSD in <br />the least increments permissible by the U.S. Corps <br />of Engineers or its successor, if any, in the <br />operation of Pat Mayse Reservoir, <br />5. The Debt Service for such water will <br />include all interest accrued for the increment <br />purchased, the incremental original construction <br />costs and interest thereon. The amortization of <br />accrued interest and original construction cost <br />shall be completed on/or before the expiration of <br />this contract. <br />V. <br />CHARGE FOR TREATED WATER DELIVERED TO LCWSD <br />A.
