It <br />is agreed that with the completion of the Water <br />Treatment Plant expansion contemplated and cur- <br />rently proposed, the Water Treatment Plant shall <br />have a normal operating capacity of 18,000,000 <br />million gallons per day, and that at such time the <br />capital recovery charge will be 21% based on the <br />ratio expressed herein. <br />ai <br />Water Production System as used herein <br />includes Raw Water Pumping Stations, Raw Water <br />Lines and appurtenances thereto used to transport <br />raw water to the Water Treatment Plant for the <br />purpose o� treating, the Water Treatment Plant, <br />Clear Wells, Pumps and appurtenances thereto used I' <br />to treat and deliver water to the Distribution <br />System.; Facilities and equipment beyond the point <br />of connection to the LCWSD System and facilities <br />that may in the future be constructed for the <br />purpose of conveying raw water for any purpose <br />i <br />. i <br />ll <br />
