C. Taxes. Lessee agrees to pay ony taxes or assess- <br />ments which may be lawfully levied against lessee's occu- <br />pancy or use of the demised premises, or any improvements or <br />property placed thereon, as a result of legseo's occupancy, <br />D. Subordination of Lease. This lease shall be <br />subordinated to the provisions of any e)r.isting; or future <br />agreement between lessor and the United States relative to <br />the operation or maintenance of the airport, the execution <br />of which has been or may be required as a condition <br />precedent to the expenditure of federal funds for the <br />development of the airport. <br />E. Successors and Ass igTis. All of the terms, <br />covenants and agreements herein contained shall. he binding <br />upon and shall inure to the benefit of successors and <br />assigns of the respective parties hereto. <br />Ii.
