r � i <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -004 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris <br />recognizes the future need to expand the Public Works shop <br />and storage area and the advantage to procuring access to <br />Center Street; and, <br />WHEREAS, Mr. R. L. Moore has agreed to offer a Contract <br />of Sale and Purchase in the form attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A, which would satisfy such needs; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That Joe Graham, Mayor, be, and is hereby authorized <br />to accept on behalf of the City of Paris, the offer of R. L. <br />Moore in the form of the Contract of Sale and Purchase <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A when the same is presented by <br />the said R. L. Moore or his attorney; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, Joe Graham, be, and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris, a <br />Contract of Sale and Purchase upon the'-terms and conditions <br />and in the form shown on Exhibit: A attached hereto with <br />R. L.
