r S -- - - 6 ' � Mayor Graham called for the tabulations of bids for a 3/4 ton pickup, and the following bids were presented: Glass Motors $10,200.00 56 days delivery time Lowry Chevrolet $10,916.00 90 " Kosterman Motor Co. $ 9,444.00 60 " Councilman Fisher moved that bids received at a public bid opening on January 30, 1985 be spread on the record and that inasmuch as Kosterman Motor Company had submitted the lowest and best bid that a contract be awarded Kosterman Motor Company for supplying such item meeting City Specifications. The motion was seconded by Councilman Burnett. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Graham called for the tabulations of bids for pavement sealant at Cox Field Ai'rpot°t and ~the fol l owi ng ' bi d�' were presented: Vina National Corp 39�/lb $21,840.00 Crafco Texas Inc. .338�/lb. $18,928.00 Saf -T -Mark Supply Inc. .349�/lb. $19,544.00 Councilman Wilson moved that bids received at a public bid opening on February 6, 1985 be spread on the record and that inasmuch as Crafco Texas Inc. had submitted the lowest and best bid that a contract be awared Crafco Texas Inc. for supplying such item meeting City Specifications. The motion was seconded by Councilman Hoog, The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Councilman Wilson requested to be excused from the Council room, and a motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman Burnett excusing Councilman Wilson. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Graham called for the tabulations of bids received for peristyle restoration. City Manager Doty advised the Council that only one bid had been received, and the City Staff feels that the City can hire the professional services of Harrison, Walker & Harper and do the work by a force account method. A motion was made by Councilman Hoog seconded by Councilman Burnett to approve the recommendation of the City Manager and Staff. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Councilman Wilson entered the Council chambers and assumed his seat at the Council table. Resolution No. 85 -006 authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Municipal Software Consultants, Inc. for the purchase of a municipal application software package for an IBM System 36 hardware configuration. A motion was made by Council- man Fisher, seconded by Councilman Wilson for approval of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
