Discussion was had on membership fee to the Ark -Tex Council of Government. No <br />action was taken on this matter. <br />Mr. Troy Jones, 225 S. W. 28th, appeared before the Council and requested the <br />date for filing for the City Council Election, and was advised by City Manager <br />Doty of the date. <br />;City Attorney Haynes presented the following petitions for rezoning: Earl Bellamy <br />Lot 4 and part of Lot 3, City Block 266 from SF -3 to Commercial District; and <br />Mrs. J. D. Ashley, Lot 1, Block 1, Stellrose Addition from a One Family Dwelling <br />r—. District No. 2 to a General Retail District; Ray Spencer Lot 6, City Block 45 <br />from a two Family Dwelling District to a Commercial District and Specific Use <br />Permit - Auto Fuel Sales (49). <br />Mayor Graham referred the petitions to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their <br />study and recommendations, and called for a public hearing at the next regular <br />Council meeting. <br />Mayor Graham advised that the City would go into executive session, and the regular <br />session was declared closed, and the executive session open. <br />Legal matters were discussed with the City Attorney. <br />Mayor Graham declared the executive session closed, and the regular session open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />JOE GRAHAM, MAYOR CITY OF PARIS <br />ATTEST: <br />MATTIE CUNNINGHAM, ASST. Mayor Graham called <br />Councilmen present: Donald G. Wilson, Ge <br />Hoog, and Nathan Bell. Also present were <br />Attorney, T. K. Haynes, City Clerk, H. C. <br />Cunningham. <br />in special session, Tuesday, February <br />the meeting to order with the following <br />arge Fisher, Walter F. Williams, Jeff <br />City Manager, David H. Doty, City <br />Greene, and Asst. City Clerk, Mattie <br />Mayor Graham announced that the first order of business would be consideration <br />and action on accepting the donation of 30.299 acres by B. Frank Dooley and <br />wife, Sallie Fox Dooley. <br />Resolution No. 85 -016 accepting the donation of B. Frank Dooley and wife, Sallie <br />Fox Dooley of 30.299 acres was presented. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Burnett, seconded by Councilman Hoog to accept the donation. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />t <br />
