WITNESSETH, that the Owner and the Contractor for the considerstions hereinafter named agree as follows: ARTICLE I__THN WORK The Contractor agrees to furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools and equipment to complete, Interior Construction Work as delineated in the Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, ARTICLE II: TEiE 11RCi ITC,T The Architect for this project is Denney Architects of Paris, Texas. LRTICLE III__ THE CONTPACT_ SUh1 The Owner shall pay the Contractor for the performance of the Work subject to additions and deductions by Change Order, the Contract Sum of Nineteen Thousand, Six Hundred Forty -Nine Dollars and No Cents 19 649.00 LRTICLE. IV: ,A'lahNTS Based upon Applications for Payment submitted to the Architect by the Contractor and Certificates for Payment issued by the Architect, the Owner shall. make payments on account of the Contract Sum to the Contractor as outlined in the Su"Unary of the Work.
