ARTICLE VI: TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION The Work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed and completed in a prompt and expeditious manner. THE CONTRACTOR AND THE OWNER for themselves, their successors, executors, administrators, and assigns hereby agree to the full performance of the covenants herein contained. IN WITNESS WHEREOF they have executed this Agreement the day and year first written above. OWNER: CITY OF PARIS By Joe Graham, Mayor CONTRACTOR: GREEN'S OF PARIS, INC. By Gordon Green, Jr, Resolution No. 85 -024 authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City of Paris a contract for Mechanical Work, City Hall Annex Project with Paris Air Conditioning Company was presented. A motion was made by Council- man Hoog, seconded by Councilman Wilson for adoption of the Resolution.
