Clifford and Wife Geraldine T. Clifford, from Michael C. Ramos, dated May 17, 1982, recorded in Volume 644, Page 941, Deed Records, Lamar County,,Texas, and being Lot 2, City Block 172; BEGINNING at a point for corner in the East Boundary Line of said First Tract of land, said point being in the West Boundary Line of the South Park Addition as platted to the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, said beginning point being South 0 Degrees, 14 Minutes East, a distance of 266 feet from the most Northerly Northeast Corner of said First Tract of land, said Northeast Corner being located in the South Right -of -Way Line of a railroad spur line; THENCE North 82 Degrees, 56 Minutes West a distance of 1020.42 feet to a point for corner; i THENCE North 7 degrees 04 Minutes East, a distance of 110.30 feet to a point for corner in the South Boundary Line of a City of Paris Lift Station Tract of land, said point being South 89 Degrees, 33 Minutes West.a distance of 6.98 feet from the Southeast Corner of said City of Paris Lift Station Tract of land; THENCE South 89 Degrees, 33 Minutes West along the South Boundary Line of said City of Paris Lift Station Tract of land a distance of 50.59 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 7 Degrees, 04 Minutes West a distance of 153.70 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 82 Degrees, 56 Minutes East a distance of 1076.98 feet to a point for corner in the East Boundary Line of said First Tract of land; THENCE North 0 Degrees, 14 Minutes West along the East Boundary Line of said First Tract of land a distance of 50.42 feet to the place of Beginning and containing 1.336 acres of land more or less. City Manager Greene presented a change order on the Main Outfall Sewer Construction - Phase I, saying that 10% of the contract price was being retained until final cleanup can be accomplished. The Contractor had requested the retainage be reduced to 5% as that was more than enough to cover cleanup expense. The Council requested more information on the matter and Councilman McGee made a motion to table action until the next meeting. Councilman Williams seconded the motion which carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Graham announced the next item was the review of the Industrial Sewer Use Ordinance and requested it be tabled for review by the City Attorney. A motion to table was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by Councilman McGee. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Graham called a special meeting for Tuesday February 15, 1983 at 7:00 P. M. to review the proposed Ordinance.
