Mayor Graham declared the regular session closed and the executive <br />session open. <br />Mayor Graham declared the executive session closed and the regular <br />session re- opened. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by Councilman McGee <br />to remove from the table the operations permit approval for Jimmy <br />Wrenn. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Councilman Wilson then made a motion to approve the permit for Jimmy <br />Wrenn for maintenance, air frame and power plant only, pending the <br />outcome of the FAA investigation. Councilman Fisher seconded the <br />motion which carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Acting City Manager provided information concerning the request of <br />Lamar Soil and Water Conservation District to lower the water level <br />at Lake Crook. He said that a complete draw down of water was now <br />proposed and that the City could not afford to lose that stand by <br />water supply for any length of time.
