M. <br />Mayor Graham called the meeting <br />present: W. C. Francis, Donald <br />Also present were H. C. Greene, <br />City Attorney, and Joe N. McCol <br />Paris met in special session Tuesday, <br />in the Council Room of City Hall. <br />to order with the following Councilmen <br />G: Wilson, and Walter F. Williams. <br />Acting City Manager, T. K. Haynes, <br />lum, Acting City Clerk. <br />Mayor Graham announced the first item was to receive an up date and <br />status report on the Sewer Project. John Buss, Project Director, <br />stated that there were 9 days remaining to work on the plans and he <br />had made an appointment with the Texas Department of Water Resources <br />to deliver the plans on March 1, 1983. He said the line design, lift <br />station design and plant design were on schedule and that Bob Vivian, <br />CRS Group Engineer, would return next Tuesday and stay until all designs <br />are completed. <br />The Council next continued their review of the Industrial Sewer Use <br />Ordinance. John Buss and Bill King went over the section dealing <br />with surcharge fees based on "excessive strength" formular and <br />"shortened capacity Life" factorys. <br />Lengthy discussion among the Council members indicated the need for <br />additional study on their part and input from industrial representatives. <br />Mayor Graham suggested another meeting to invite the industrial people <br />and to give Council members time to further study the proposed Ordinance. <br />Thursday, February 24, 1983 at 7:00 P.
