Councilman McWaters <br />seconded the motion which carried 6 ayes, 1 nay. Councilman <br />Francis voting nay. <br />Councilman McGee left the meeting at this point. <br />Mayor Graham declared the regular session closed and the <br />executive session open. <br />The Council discussed pending legal actions with the City Attorney <br />and the executive session was closed and the regular session was <br />opened.
