._f <br />It was recommended that the low bid of McDougall Olds - Cadillac Inc. be <br />approved in the amount of $39,167.96. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Wilson, seconded by Councilman McGee to approve the bid of McDougall <br />Olds - Cadillac Company. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham called for the tabulation of bids for the construction <br />of two bridges on Fitzhugh Ave., and the following bids were presented: <br />Richard Drake Const. Co. $16,998.84 <br />Route 1, Arthur City, Texas <br />B & B Equipment Company $19,684.00 <br />P.O. Box 517, Paris, Texas <br />Heuberger, Inc. $33,844.00 <br />P.O. Box 772, Paris, Texas <br />It was recommended that the bid of the Richard Drake Construction Co. <br />be accepted and approved in the amount of $16,998.84. A motion was <br />made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by Councilman Williams approving <br />the bid of the Richard Drake Construction Company. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 244- authorizing David H. Doty, City Manager, to execute <br />for and on behalf of the City of Paris project, applications, filing them <br />in the appropriate State Office for the purpose of obtaining certain <br />Federal financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act and to <br />provide to the State and Federal Disaster Administration, Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development all required matters pertaining to any <br />Federal Disaster Assistance was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman McWaters for adoption of <br />the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />I <br />
