RESOLUTION NO. 22245 S,� -01/
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br />Texas, did on the 13th day of December, 1982 pass Resolution
<br />No. 2224, and the same should be amended to read as follows:
<br />"WHEREAS, the terms of office of Dr. Pick Casey, James
<br />Deatherage, Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher, and
<br />Dr. Wallace Kraft as members of the Advisory Board of Health
<br />of the City of Paris and County of Lamar, expired on
<br />December 31, 1982; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham,
<br />with the advice of the County.Judge of Lamar County, Texas,
<br />does hereby recommend the re- appointment of Dr. Rick Casey,
<br />Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher, and Dr. Wallace
<br />Kraft, and the appointment of J. H. Blankinship for a term
<br />Of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1983, and ending
<br />December 31, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS, that the re- appointment of Dr. Rick Casey, Mrs.
<br />Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher and Dr. Wallace Kraft,
<br />and the appointment of J. H. Blankinship to serve as members
<br />of the Advisory Board of Health of the City Paris, and
<br />County of Lamar for a term of two (2) years, beginning
<br />anuary 1, 1983, and ending; December 31, 1984, be, and the
<br />same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council
<br />of the City of Paris."
<br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of March, 1983.
