I <br />4. Reduce the amount of existing line replacement. <br />5. Changes the method by which some of the manhole <br />and inflow point repairs will be undertaken. <br />6. Reduces the amount of line construction to serve <br />new areas. <br />Chuck Zickefoose, of the CRS Group Engineers, spoke concerning the <br />modification and improvements to the Waste Water Treatment Plant <br />which were planned. He explained the reasoning for the system change <br />and outlined operation and maintenance of the treatment facility. <br />There was no one in the audience who wished to speak on the matter <br />and Mayor Graham declared the public hearing closed stating that <br />no action was necessary at this time by the Council. <br />Mayor Graham announced the next item was to consider a Resolution <br />appointing Director of the Lamar County Appraisal District Board. <br />Acting City Manager Green advised that this had been brought about <br />by the recent death of James Dunagan, a menber of the Board. Council <br />decided that no action should be taken at this time, pending a <br />decision by the City of Blossom who was represented by Mr. Dunagan. <br />S3 -w <br />Resolution No. 2446-appointing Mrs. Ozzie Battle and Bill Davidson <br />to terms on the Planning and Zoning Commission was presented. A <br />motion was made by Councilman Fisher for adoption of the Resolution. <br />Councilman McWaters seconded the motion which carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
