That this Sub - Lease, shall not be assignable by SUB - LESSEE without the express <br />written consent of the SUB - LESSOR and the City of Paris. <br />24. That this Sub -Lease shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the <br />respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives., successors, and assigns when <br />permitted by this Sub - Lease. <br />25. That this Sub -Lease shall be construed under, and in accordance with, the laws of <br />the State of Texas, and all obligations of the parties created by this Sub -Lease are performable in <br />Lamar County, Texas.
