"Sam" Tessen, MS, Executive Director <br />Office of Rural Community Affairs <br />This contract amendment is not effective unless signed by the Executive Director of the Office of <br />Rural Community Affairs, or his /her authorized designee. <br />Resolution No. 2003 -032, approving changing the regular Monday meeting of <br />the City Council scheduled for March 10, 2003, and the same is hereby <br />consolidated with the regular Thursday meeting of the City Council scheduled <br />for March 6, 2003, at 6:00 P.M., was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilwoman Neeley, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
