RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -032 <br />A,, RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING CHANGE OF COUNCIL MEETING DATE; <br />MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE <br />SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, various City officials are scheduled to attend a professional meeting out of <br />the city during the time -frame March 7 through 11, 2003, which conflicts with the regularly <br />scheduled City Council meeting on Monday, March 10, 2003; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate that the regular Monday meeting of the City Council <br />scheduled for March 10, 2003, be consolidated with the regular Thursday meeting of the City <br />Council scheduled for March 6, 2003; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br />- Section 2. That the regular Monday meeting of the City Council scheduled for March 10, <br />2003, be, and the same is hereby, consolidated with the regular Thursday meeting of the City <br />Council scheduled for March 6, 2003, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />Section 3. That a copy of this Resolution be placed on the City Hall Bulletin Board giving <br />notice of the rescheduling of the regular Monday March Council meeting, and that the news media <br />be informed of the rescheduled date in the same manner they are informed of emergency City <br />Council meetings. <br />Section 4.
