331 <br />EXHIBIT I <br />(13) Public Reaction <br />(a) The City of Paris is aware of no objections to this project. <br />(b) There has been a public hearing as of the date of this submission. The City of <br />Paris held a public hearing at 11:00 am at City Hall Annex on December 18 , 2002. <br />There were no objections to the project from the public. <br />A copy of that public notice is attached as EXHIBIT IV. <br />(c) In a town the size of Paris a move like this is common knowledge. <br />In addition, the Company has already constructed a sign in front of the store and <br />is instructing current customers of the new location. <br />
