2 ,62 <br />Resolution No. 2106 re- appointing J. R. Hutchison, Spencer Abbett, Opal Nahas, <br />Ralph Rodgers, Leland Smith, Homer Thornton, Jr. and Billy Brown as members <br />of the Board of Directors of the Paris Hospital Authority to serve from July 1, <br />1981 through June 30, 1983 was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams <br />seconded by Councilman Graham for approval of the Resolution. The motion carried <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2106 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in <br />Ordinance No. 2320 establish the Paris hospital Authority, to be <br />governed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven (7) members, <br />whose terms are for two (2) years; and, <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. R. Hutchison, <br />Spencer Abbett, Opal Nahas, Ralph Rodgers, Leland Smith, <br />Homer Thornton, Jr. and Billy Brown, as members of the <br />Board of Directors of the Paris hospital Authority, will expire <br />on June 30, 1981, and such members should be re- appointed or <br />replaced, in order that the Board may carry out its proper <br />functions; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, That J. R. Hutchison, Spencer Abbett, Opal Nahas, <br />Ralph Rodgers, Lebnd Smith, Homer Thornton, Jr. and Billy Brown, <br />be, and they are hereby re- appointed members of the Board of <br />Directors of the Paris Hospital Authority, to serve from July 1, <br />1981 through June 30, 1983. <br />Passed and adopted this -8th day of June, 1981. <br />Cyly Jo : f %�* <br />e <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
