Resolution No. 2109 re- appointing James E. Lynch to serve as a member of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for a term of three years, <br />beginning July 1, 1981, and ending June 30, 1984 was presented. A motion was <br />nade by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Graham for adoption of the <br />Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2 100 . <br />WI -E REAS, the term of office of James E. Lynch, as a <br />member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Paris, will expire ( -n June 30, 1981, and it is necessary to <br />appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />Billy Joe Burnett, having re- appointed James E. Lynch to serve on <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for a <br />term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1981 and ending June 30, <br />1984, and has submitted the name of such person to the City <br />Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFF CI"T"Y <br />OF PARIS, That the re- appointment of James E.
