276 <br />City Attorney Haynes presented a bond for the Texas Power & Light Company covering <br />the Texas Power & Light Company putting into effect up to the maximum rate filed <br />with the City of Paris on March 6, 1981 and guaranteeing refund or credit against <br />bills of its customers in the City for any excess charged on the rate that is <br />finally approved. A motion was made by Councilman Kohls, seconded by Councilman -- <br />McGee approving the bond of the Texas Power & Light Company. The motion carried <br />6 ayes, 1 nay, Councilman Williams voting nay. <br />Mayor Burnett announced that the Council would go into executive session to <br />discuss legal and contractual matters with the City Attorney, and the regular <br />session was declared closed, and the executive session open. <br />The Council discussed legal and contractual matters with the City Attorney. <br />Mayor Burnett declared the executive session closed and the regular session open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />BILLY J.
