279 <br />After discussion which inclued the possibility of civic clubs making contributions <br />to the City for the Defense Warning System, a motion <br />was made by Councilman Graham, <br />seconded by Councilman Williams to re -table the bid <br />and directed the Civil Defense <br />Director to contact civic clubs and report back to the <br />Council.
