j -.+ 3. City and County agred to pay Joe Hillhouse, M.D., at the rate of One Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($115.00) per day for each complete day of service rendered. 4. The term of this employment is from November 1, 1981 through June 30, 1982. 5. The compensation for the term shall be Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty -Six and 66/100 Dollars ($16,866,66). 6. The minimum acceptable level of performance dur- ing the term of the employment shall be an average of four (4) days per week. The minimum daily performance shall average seven (7) hours per day. Not withstanding the stated minimum performance, the acting director will be permitted to observe all State holidays. 7. The acting director agrees to visit the Lamar County jail on Monday of each week that is not a State holiday, and, in that event, on the next working day. All other prisoner patients and mental, alcoholic, and narcotic proposed patients will be delivered to the Paris- Lamar County Health Unit after an appointment has been made with the acting director. 8. The acting director shall submit his work schedule for the month no later than the 25th day of the previous month. Said schedule shall reflect work days, days off, holidays, jail visits, and vacation days. On the last working day of each month the acting director shall report any amendment made to that month's schedule. These required schedules shall be furnished to the City Manager of the City of Paris and to the County Judge of Lamar County.
