PROVIDING FOR OUTSIDE FIRES AND OPEN FLAME TORCHES; <br />PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR <br />PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br />OF DECEMBER 1, 1981. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman <br />Francis for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Burnett called for the reading of a previously authorized Ordinance for <br />installation of Stop Signs on East Margaret at 16th S. E. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2598 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC - <br />CONTROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29 -80 OF SAID CODE; <br />PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR <br />PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE OF DECEMBER 1, 1981. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Wortham, seconded by Councilman <br />McGee for adoption of the Ordinance.
