RESOLUTION NO. 2095 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore pass Ordinance No, 2569, which authorized the issuance of interest bearing Certificates of Obligation for the purpose of paying, in whole or in part, contractual obligations for improvements and extensions to the City's sewer system and for paying all or a portion of the legal, fiscal and engineering fees in connection with said project; and, WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable by the City Council to enter into contracts for professional services with Hayter Engineering, Inc,, and Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc., which contracts will be paid, in whole or in part, from the pro- ceeds from the sale of the City of Paris Certificates of Obligation authorized this date by Ordinance No,2569 in the form attached hereto respectively as Exhibit A and Exhibit B. Said Exhibit A being an addendum to the contract for engineer- ing services between Robert B. Hayter, d /b /a Hayter Engineering and the City of Paris dated August 13, 1970; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute the contracts with Hayter Engineering, Inc., and Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc., for professional services in connection with improvements and extensions to the sewer system of the City of Paris, in the form shown in Exhibit A and Exhibit B attached hereto.
