k <br />Director of Public Works, Darrell Gunn appeared before the Council and reported <br />on the Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam study on the S. E. Drainage Project. City �. <br />Engineer Gunn advised the possibility of the Army Reserve assistance in construction <br />of the project. <br />Mr. Jack Moseley representing the Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Consulting Firm was <br />present in the audience to advise. After discussion, a motion was made by Council- <br />man Burnett, seconded by Councilman Kyle to continue negotiations with the Army <br />for assistance in the project. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Attorney Haynes discussed with the Council Ordinances and Laws pertaining to <br />litter and enforcement. <br />Resolution No. 2030 appointing Councilman Addie J. Bufford and Councilman Kenneth <br />Kohls to the Board of Directors of the Ark -Tex Council of Governments was presented. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Kyle for adoption <br />of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
