RESOLUTION NO. 2030 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, is a member of <br />the Ark -Tex Council of Governments; and, <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Bylaws of the Ark -Tex <br />Council of Governments the Board of Directors of same shall be <br />composed of members elected or appointed by the membership; <br />a nd, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris is entitled to appoint three <br />members of the Board of Directors of Ark -Tex Council of <br />Governments as provided in the Bylaws of the same; and, <br />WHEREAS, Michael E. Malone, Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />recommends the appointment by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris of Addie J, Bufford and Kenneth E. Kohls, <br />to serve until their successors are duly qualified or installed or <br />until they become disqualified to so serve; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, That Addie J. Bufford and Kenneth E. Kohls, <br />be, and they are hereby appointed as members of the Board of <br />Directors of Ark -Tex Council of Governments, to serve until <br />their successors are duly qualified or installed, or until they <br />become disqualified to so serve. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of May, 1980. <br />Michael E.
