A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded <br />by Councilman Kyle for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2036 . <br />WHEREAS, the term of office of Freddy Swaim, as a member <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will <br />expire on June 30, 1980, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, <br />and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, having re- <br />appointed Freddy Swaim, to serve on the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, be- <br />ginning July 1, 1980 and ending June 30, 1983, and has submitted the <br />name of such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Te- appointment of Freddy Swaim, to serve as a <br />member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, <br />for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1980 and ending <br />June 30,' 1983, .is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby <br />approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of June, 1980. <br />el �zo' <br />Michael E.
