?4 <br />Resolution No. 2057 authorizing the City Attorney,' T. K. Haynes to proceed to <br />condemn properties for the 17th Street S. E. Drainage Project Phase II was presented. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Northam for adoption <br />of the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO., 2057 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has under- <br />taken a project of construction entitled PHASE II, 17th STREET, <br />S. E. DRAINAGE PROJECT in accordance with plans and specifi- <br />cations prepared by Richard Babb, P.E.; and, <br />WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the <br />completion of said drainage project are shown on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described <br />drainage easements are necessary for said improvement project <br />and that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the above de- <br />scribed property to be used for Phase II, 17th Street, S.
