Resolution No. 2063 appointing Willie B. Lewis to serve the unexpired term <br />of Walter F. Williams as Target Area No, 2 Member, Housing Rehabilitation <br />Review Board was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded <br />by Councilman Williams for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2063 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in <br />Resolution No. 1944 establish a Housing Rehabilitation Review <br />Board, which Board consisted of five (5) members, citizens of <br />Paris and appointed for two year terms; and, <br />WHEREAS, Target Area No. 2 Board Member, Walter F. <br />Williams, has resigned; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, <br />does hereby appoint Willie B. Lewis to serve out the unexpired <br />term of Walter F. Williams, which term ends June 30, 1981; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, That the term of Willie B. Lewis to serve out <br />the unexpired term of Walter F. Williams, as Target Area No. 2 <br />Member, Housing Rehabilitation Review Board, which term ends <br />June 30, 1981, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby <br />approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of October, 1980. <br />Michael Malone, Mayor <br />A TTEST: <br />H.
