06 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2065 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is contemplat- <br />ing annexation of the area lying between the East City Limit Line <br />and a branch of Big Sandy Creek, lying between Pine Mill Road and <br />U. S. Highway 82; and, - <br />WHEREAS, such property is being considered for appropriate <br />zoning; and, <br />WHEREAS, some of the tracts of land being considered for <br />annexation and zoning lie partially within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Paris, and those portions that lie within the City Limits of <br />the City of Paris should be considered for appropriate zoning con- <br />currently with that being considered for annexation; and, <br />WHEREAS, such property is described on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the property described on Exhibit A attached hereto, <br />be, and the same is hereby referred to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Paris for its recommendations concern- <br />ing appropriate zoning of the same; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a public hearing be held <br />before the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning said pro- <br />perty at 7:00 o'clock P. M. , in the City Council Room, City Hall, <br />Paris, Texas, on the 1st day of December, 1980, and that a public <br />hearing be held before the City Council of the City of Paris at -- <br />7:00 o'clock P. M. , in the City Council Room, City Hall, Paris, <br />Texas, on the 8th day of December, 1980. <br />Passed and adopted this 10th day of November, 1980. <br />Michae E.
