E. stated that the First Ward School property <br />would be a good site for soccer fields or other recreational uses and requested <br />consideration of that as a project. <br />Vivian Green, 1605 17th N. E. stated the need for restrooms and additional lighting <br />at Johnson and Record Parks. <br />No one else was present to speak on the matter and Mayor Malone declared the <br />public hearing closed stating that the preapplication would be submitted, but <br />that there was no guarantee that it would be approved. <br />City Attorney Haynes presented referrals as follows: <br />Resolution No. 2065 referring to the Planning and Zoning Commission the contemplated <br />annex property to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their consideration and <br />recommendation was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded <br />by Councilman Wortham for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />
