RESOLUTION NO. 2013 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore authorize,in Resolution No. 1953,the execution <br />of a Pipe Line License dated July 5, 1979 with Missouri <br />Pacific Railroad Company and authorized the payment of <br />$500.00 for such license; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of changing <br />the diameter of the pipe lines therein from 12 inches to <br />14 inches; and, <br />WHEREAS, such change can be made by the execution of <br />the Letter Supplement in the form of Exhibit A attached <br />hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the City Manager of the City of Paris, Robert <br />W. Sokoll, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the Letter <br />Supplement dated February 13, 1980, executed by T. H. <br />Miller for Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, in the form <br />shown on Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Passed and adopted this 29th day of February, 1980. <br />i-chael E.
