r <br />RESOLUTION NO, 2021 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did hereto- <br />fore authorize, in Resolution No. 2006, the execution of two <br />Pipe Line Licenses dated January 14, 1980 with Southern Pacific <br />Transportation Company and authorized the payment of $125.00 <br />for each of said licenses; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of changing the <br />diameter of the Pipe Line License attached to Resolution No. <br />2006 as Exhibit A from 8 inches to 12 inches; and, <br />WHEREAS, such change can be made by the execution of the <br />Supplemental Agreement in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, be, and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of <br />the City of Paris the Supplemental Agreement dated April 14, <br />1980, executed by B. P. Budd for Southern Pacific Transportation <br />Company, in the form shown on Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of April, 1980: <br />ATTEST: <br />. C.
