RESOLUTION NO. 1864 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the <br />Firemen's and Policemen's Civil Service Commission of the City of <br />Paris due to the election of James W. Farris to the City Council, <br />and the City Manager of the City of Paris, Robert W. Sokoll, having <br />appointed C. D. Hilburn to serve the unexpired term of James W. <br />Farris which ends` December 31, 1979, and has submitted the name <br />of such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THERE- <br />FORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the appointment of C. D. Hilburn, as a member of the <br />Firemen's and Policemen's Civil Service Commission of the City of <br />Paris, to. serve the unexpired term of James W. Farris which ends <br />December 31, 1979, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby <br />approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day. of June, 1978. <br />Michael E.
