Mayor Malone announced that the next item for discussion on the agenda was a request <br />of the City of Reno for waste water treatment service by the City of Paris, and the <br />request of the City of Reno for clarification of the City of Paris's proposal. <br />Mayor Malone declared the Council in executive session to discuss the request of the <br />City of Reno and a pending contract. <br />In executive session discussion was had on the proposal of the City of Reno for <br />alterations of the proposed service area limit line. The service limit lines were <br />discussed by the Council and agreement arrived at. <br />Mayor Malone declared the Executive Session closed and the regular session open. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Farris to instruct the City Manager to revise the <br />proposed service area limit line map and transmit with a letter to the City of Reno <br />for their consideration and confirmation. The motion was seconded by Councilman. <br />Fisher. The motion carried 6 ayes, 1 nay, Councilman Philley voting nay. <br />Discussion was had on landfill hours of operation and on the City's trash collection <br />service within the City limits. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. <br />MAYOR MICHAEL MALONE <br />ATTEST: H.
