Mr. Kiliingsworth advised that another pump and motor including valves <br />and plumbing within the treatment plant would cost approximately $75,000 and <br />add about 3.5 MGD's to the present capacity. <br />After discussion a motion was made by Councilman Wunsch, seconded by Councilman <br />Burnett authorizing the City Manager to request voluntary rationing of the City's <br />water users if necessary. Motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Malone declared the Council in executive session to discuss pending court <br />actions with the City Attorney. In executive session City Attorney Haynes <br />discussed court action of the case Hindman vs. Smith and Whitley. <br />Mayor Malone declared the executive session closed and the regular meeting open. <br />There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. <br />MAYOR MICHAEL E.
