He stated the petition had been recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission: Mayor Malone called for proponents to appear and none appeared. Mayor Malone declored the public hearing open oh the petition of {.Cass Ambulance, Inc. for a change in zoning from a Mult14amily Welling District No.�2 (MF -2) and Specific Use perlmit�- Public or Private Utility (37) to an Office District (0) on Lot 12, City Block 220 -8 located at 270 20th N:E.- He stated the Planning and Zoning Commission had recommended approval of this.change. Mayor Malone.called for proponents to appear and Lonnie Kennemer representing Cass Ambulance spoke stating that the property had beer' used as an Office for the ambulance service whidh would be moVing to a new location upon completion of a building. He went on to say that office use would be much more desirable than the present operation.
