Motion carried 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />Mayor Malone called for tabulation of bids for Street Improvements on 7th Street <br />N. E., Booth Alley, and Booth Place., and the following bids were received: <br />David Buster Construction Company $34,755.00 <br />Roy Williamson Construction Company $38,797.90 <br />City Manager Sokoll recommended that David Buster Construction Company be <br />awarded the contract in the amount of $34,755.00. <br />Resolution No. 1888 authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into <br />a contract with the David Buster Construction Company for the construction of <br />the Street Improvements in the amount of $34,755.00 was presented. Motion was <br />made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Fisher for adoption of the <br />Resolution. Motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
