MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF PARIS <br />September 12, 1978 <br />.__ The special Council meeting of the City of Paris was held Tuesday, September <br />12, 1978 5:00 P.M. in the conference room, City Hall. Mayor Malone called <br />the meeting to order with the following Council members present: B. J. <br />Burnett, Jim Farris, George Fisher, David Philley, Walter F. Williams, and <br />Raymond Wunsch. Also present were City Manager, Robert W. Sokoll, City <br />Clerk, H. C. Greene, and City Attorney, T. K. Haynes. <br />Mayor Malone declared the special meeting open. Mayor Malone announced that <br />the Council would go into executive session to discuss personnel matters. <br />Mayor Malone declared the executive session closed, and the regular session <br />open. <br />Mayor Malone announced that no action was necessary concerning items <br />discussed in the executive session. <br />There being no further business the meeting adjourned. <br />MICHAEL E.
