MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF PARIS <br />September 25, 1978 <br />The special Council meeting of the City of Paris was held Monday September 25, <br />1978, 5:15 P.M., City Council room. Mayor Malone called the meeting to order <br />with the following Council members present: B. J. Burnett, .Tim Farris, George <br />Fisher, David Philley, Walter F. Williams, and Raymond Wunsch. Also present <br />were City Manager, Robert W. Sokoll, City Clerk, H. C. Greene, and City Attorney, <br />T. K. Haynes. <br />Mayor Malone called for the reading of a contract concerning a service <br />maintenance agreement with Honeywell Corporation. Resolution No. 18 %9 <br />authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute a contract with the <br />Honeywell Corporation for repair and replacement of water system controls and <br />an annual service maintenance contract was presented. Motion was made by <br />Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Williams for approval of the <br />Resolution. Motion carried 7 ayes, 0 naps. <br />
