(September 25, 1978) <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by <br />Councilman Wunsch for adoption of the Ordinance. Motion carried 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />City Manager Sokoll advised the Council of the employment of Mr. Warren <br />Leddick as Director of Parks & Recreation, and requested his confirmation <br />as provided for in the City Charter. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Williams, seconded b� Councilman Wunsch to confirm the appointment of <br />Warren Leddick as Director of Parks & Recreation. Motion carried 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />Mayor Malone announced that the Council would go into executive session <br />for the purpose of discussing personnel matters, and the regular.meeting <br />was closed and the executive session was opened. Discussion was had with <br />Mr. Carl Shimek of the Shimek, Jacobs, & Finklea Consulting Engineering <br />Firm. <br />Mayor Malone declared the executive session closed and the regular meeting <br />open. <br />There being no further business the meeting adjourned. <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
