RESOLUTION NO. 1894 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is aware <br />of the fact that the water customers of the City of Paris daily <br />consumption is within the Water Department of the City of Paris' <br />ability to treat and transport water, and that therefore the <br />emergency declared on the 12th day of July, 1978 in Resolution <br />No. 1877 no longer exists; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council deems it appropriate to cease <br />water rationing; Na? THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That water rationing established in Resolution No. 1878 is <br />to be revoked by the City Manager when he is assured that <br />there is ample water. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of October, 1978. <br />Michael E. Malone, Mayor <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />T. aynb4, City-Attorney <br />City Manager 3okoll requested the consideration of a Resolution authorizing <br />a grant application to the Economic Development Administration for water line <br />improvements. <br />Resolution No. 1895 authorizing the application to the ;Econ mic Development <br />Administration for a grant in the. amount of $204,000.00 was.preseinted.
