RESOLUTION NO. 1900 WHEREAS, the City- Council of'the City of Paris has under- taken a project'of construction of a,39 Foot paved street, meas- iured from back to back of concrete curb with related,facilities, ,-- ,utilities and other appurtenances on Blake Road from East edge 'of pavementlin Fitzhugh Avenue (9th Street, N.E.)_approximately ;3500 feet Easterly to West edge of pavement in 20th Street, N.E,; and, Ju J + WHEREAS, the right-of-way hereinafter described -in nine (9) -:parcels, with owners shown immediately after each, is necessary for such street project; said parcels being as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of 'Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being a portion of Lot 9, City Block 174A and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point 687.4 Feet East of 11th Street N.E.; said point also being the South Boundary Line of Blake Road; THENCE South 88 Deg. 22 Min. East 100 Feet along the South Boundary Line of Blake Road to a point for a corner; THENCE South 5 Feet to a point for a corner; THENCE North 88 Deg. 22 Min. West 100 Feet to a point for a corner; THENCE North 5 Feet to the point of beginning and containing 500'Sq. Ft, or .0115 acres of land., more or less. and is owned by Miss Belle Schaf and Miss Lillie Schaf; Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being a portion of Lot 7, City Block 268 and being more particularly described as follows: f BEGINNING at a point 281 Feet East of the East Boundary Line of 12th Street N.E.; said point also being the North Boundary Line of Blake Road; THENCE North 5 Feet to a point for a corner; THENCE South 88 Deg, 22 Min.
