Following discussion, Councilman Wunsch moved for adoption of the Resolution. Council- man Williams seconded the motion which carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Brunette declared a public hearing open to consider an Addendum to the Ambulance Service Contract. Charles Cass spoke saying he had requested this item to be placed on both the Council agenda and the Lamar County Commissioners Court agenda. He stated the Commissioners Court had tabled the matter at thgir Monday meeting. He went on to say that a contract agreeable to all parties could be presented by March 15, 1978 and he requested a joint meeting of the Council and Commissioners on that date. Mayor Brunette declared the Public Hearing closed and requested a motion to set a meeting for 5:15 P.M., Wednesday, March 15, 1978 in the Council Room to consider this matter. Councilman Williams moved to set the meeting as requested. Councilman Malone seconded the motion which carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Brunette announced that an Ordinance regulating the installation of insulation was next to be considered. City Attorney Haynes briefed the Council on the matter. Ordinance No. 2379 f°AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY ADDING SECTIONS TO BE NUMBERED 7 -20, 7 -21, 7 -22 AND 7 -24, PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF THE INSTALLATION OF INSULATION; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1978." was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Stone for adoption. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
