Resolution No. 1652, re- appointing Spencer Abbett to serve as a member of the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission for a period of three years beginning January 1, 1975, was <br />presented. The motion was made by Councilman King and seconded by Councilman Stone <br />that the resolution be adopted. The motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />/ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1652 <br />WHEREAS, the term of office of Spencer Abbett, as a mem- <br />ber of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will <br />expire on December 31, 1974, and it is necessary to appoint his <br />successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette, <br />having re- appointed Spencer Abbett, to serve on the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for a term of three (3) years, <br />beginning January 1, 1975 and ending December 31, 1977, and has <br />submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the City of <br />Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the re- appointment of Spencer Abbett, to serve as a <br />member of the. Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, <br />for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1975 and ending <br />December 31, 1977, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby <br />approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of December, 1974. <br />OA <br />jano M.
