171 <br />Resolution No. 1653, appointing F. D. Mallory, III, Ben Hinds, Herschel McKinney, <br />and C. L. Walker as regular members of the Board of Adjustment, and James M. Brunette <br />and. Richard Nafe as alternate members, to serve for a period of two years beginning <br />January 1, 1975, was presented.. The motion was made by Councilman Rainey and se- <br />conded by Councilman Hutchison that the resolution be adopted. The motion carried: <br />7 ayes, 0 nays, <br />r-- <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1653 <br />WHEREAS, the terms of the members and alternates of the Board <br />of Adjustment to construe and administer Ordinance No. 1710, will expire <br />on December 31, 1974; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint and re- appoint certain members <br />of said Board of Adjustment; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the following named men: F. D. Mallory, III, Ben Hinds, Herschel <br />McKinney and Charlie Walker, be, and they are hereby appointed as regular <br />members of the Board of Adjustment, and James M. Brunette and Richard <br />Nafe, be, and they are hereby appointed as the two alternate members of <br />the Board of Adjustment, to serve in the absence of any of the regular mem- <br />bers.
